For some Money a good reording program is

Adobe Audtion(formerly Cool Edit) Link

Well you could always go with Pro Tools if you have $1000 hehe laugh.gif

Cubase

Truthfully, I think that's the best of all the programs, seeing as it's really powerful. Though few may use it, I personally think the few that do can produce quite a wonderful sound using it.

And, can Logic be used on a PC?

And, though I've never used it, my friend uses "Ableton" and she seems to be content with it... http://www.ableton.com/downloads
